Bounty of the County – Harvest to Dish

One of the most incredible things about Adams County, Pa., is it’s farming community. Orchards cover more than 20,000 acres of land in Adams County, and those orchards provide both stunning scenery and unbelievably delicious fruit. Lots of fruit – Adams County growers harvest 280 million pounds of apples each year, as well as countless other fruits and vegetables.

Aside from enjoying that produce fresh, it’s amazing to see those fruits and vegetables turned into mouthwatering dishes.
